My name is Vanessa Sax, CPC, ELI-MP

I am a certified leadership coach and  the owner of Empowering Leadership Coaching, LLC. In my former life I was a VP and Director of Leasing for a Commercial Real Estate firm. I'm also a nationally ranked collegiate athlete, mom, wife, sister, friend and awesome coach.

So, who am I, what do I do, and why do you care?

I am a certified leadership coach who helps people understand the impact of energy on outcome. Understanding your energy allows you to: set and achieve meaningful goals, communicate more effectively, find more joy and fun in all areas of their life.

Since every human is unique, my approach with every client is equally unique. There is no one size fits all approach to coaching. Depending on your needs, I offer one-on-one coaching, group and team coaching.

I also happen to be a trained Energy Leadership Master Practitioner who is certified in the ELI Assessment. Want to know more about what that even is?
